Who are we looking for? 
 
We are looking for exceptionally talented students with a strong interest in analytics and handling data. We believe that you’re a true and curious problem solver with sharp analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. You find coding intrinsically rewarding and you likely have experience with a few programming languages. You’re interested in learning more about cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP. Maybe your hobby is collecting and analyzing large datasets and then squeeze interesting facts out of it using different tools and perspectives. 
 
You probably hold or are pursuing a master’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems and/or economics/statistics from a university in Sweden or abroad. To be successful in your role, you possess: 

• Strong analytical skills 

• Proven capability to learn new technologies 

• Interest in identifying real business problems 

• Ambition and drive 

• Collaboration and communication skills 

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish & English 

What can you expect? 
 
You will gain hands-on experience and the training required to become a successful data engineer consultant in the data and analytics field. We offer a steep learning curve in a fast-paced and fun environment. 
 
You will be employed by Adage, which will give you a specialization within data and analytics. At the same time, you’ll build a broad and solid foundation in general management consultancy through the Bloom program. You will work alongside other participants across the Newground Alliance, with regular opportunities to share and discuss experiences and ideas along the way.

About Bloom 
 
You will be employed by Adage while participating in the Bloom graduate consultancy training program alongside colleagues from other companies within Newground Alliance. Bloom is a unique, people-centric learning journey providing young consultants with everything they need to begin a successful career. 
 
Instead of classroom learning, Bloom is a true consulting apprenticeship. From day one, you’ll work on real projects with real clients. You’ll learn your craft alongside some of the best, most experienced consultants in the business – and get the chance to make suggestions, shake things up and forge your own career path.
