Who are we looking for? 

Management consultants at Influence are driven by solving complex problems for our clients, have a great interest in human behavior and how we best can leverage our different skills and experiences.

We are looking for individuals who are courageous, curious, entrepreneurial, and have great analytical skills.

The role is best fit for a creative team player who wants to be involved in developing effective collaborations.

You have a higher education at master’s level or equivalent studies or experience.

You can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Influence runs Bloom together with our affiliate companies in Newground Alliance. You will be an Influence employee and regularly get opportunities to share and discuss experiences and ideas with other participants working across Newground Alliance. The alliance consists of independent niche consulting companies based in Stockholm with clients around the world. This means you’ll be able to build a broad and solid foundation in consulting.

About the recruitment process:  

The Application period opens 15th Sept. Candidates will enter our initial qualification process, which is done continuously. The application period ends October 12.

• Initial qualification phase: Online personality and logic test as well as 1st interview (incl. case)  

• Successful candidates are invited to a recruitment day, during November. 

• Final qualification phase: Preference test and CEO interview
