In the fall of 2026, Next Level Finance offers graduates red-carpet access to a consulting career in Finance with the 2-year Newground Alliance Bloom graduate program. By consulting in Finance, we mean that we cater for consulting needs in Finance functions at large corporates, covering Financial Planning & Analysis as well as General Accounting & Close.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for talented and service-minded people who, just like us, want to create value by realizing the expected effects and committing to the success of our clients. At Next Level Finance, we expect you to be a curious team player and initiative-taker, who will help our clients with delivery of Finance process-related projects. You are comfortable with sharing your opinion and you are excited to shape the future of Next Level Finance. You have a master's degree in economics and/or engineering from a university in Sweden or abroad. To be successful in your role you possess:

• Strong analytical skills

• A curious mindset, eager to learn and develop

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English
